★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vi capita la TNT evitate un ritiro in sede a Lodi perché è difficile da trovare, segnalato malissimo, impossibile da contattare telefonicamente, peggio di così non saprei cosa dire, veramente male.
If TNT happens to you, avoid a pickup in Lodi because it is difficult to find, very badly reported, impossible to contact by phone, worse than that I don't know what to say, really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Pagato in anticipo con carta di credito e non é passato nessuno. Ero a casa ad aspettare e scaduto il tempo di ritiro (17.00) mi é arrivata comunicazione che siccome non ero a casa (???) Sarebbero passati il lunedi, ben tre giorni dopo la data concordata. Ho dovuto portare io il pacco in sede poiché avevo esigenza che partisse quel giorno, ho trovato personale scortese. Il lunedi sono passati a ritirare un pacco già consegnato in sede e il martedì a ritirare un pacco già arrivato al destinatario. Caspita quanta comunicazione tra di loro.
Bad service. Paid in advance by credit card and no one has passed. I was at home waiting and when the pick-up time expired (17.00) I received a communication that since I was not at home (???) Monday would have passed, three days after the agreed date. I had to bring the package to the office because I needed it to leave that day, I found staff rude. On Monday they went to collect a package already delivered to the office and on Tuesday to collect a package that has already arrived at the recipient. Wow how much communication between them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TNT il peggior corriere mai provato. Ritardi ingiustificati, non sanno dove sono i pacchi, servizio clienti a pagamento e dopo averti fatto spendere soldi in attesa ti dicono che non hai assistenza telefonica. Mai più
TNT the worst courier ever. Unjustified delays, they don't know where the packages are, paid customer service and after making you spend money on hold they tell you that you don't have telephone assistance. Never again

Nessun possibilità di contatto diretto e al vettore, telefonate a pagamento che, casualmente, cade la linea dopo più di cinque minuti...false mancate consegne! Sconsiglio al massimo!
