Sconsiglio vivamente di affidargli trasporti...rivolgetevi altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, se avessi potuto dare meno di una stella l'avrei fatto. Non mi è mai capitato che un corriere si rifiutasse di scaricare e di conseguenza consegnare la merce perchè troppo pesante.
Bad, if I could have given less than a star I would have done it. It has never happened to me that a courier refused to unload and consequently deliver the goods because it was too heavy.

A star only because I managed to get the goods. Usual apologies already used with others. Seriousness and professionalism nothing. The 6 boxes of wine have turned into spare parts, engine parts, and oil delivered as such. Too bad that it was actually wine. I am an expert in couriers but these are UFOs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato merce dalla Germania(pagando per avere la consegna al piano stradale), arrivata dopo 3 giorni a Trieste. Dopo 2 settimane di prese in giro, tipo, non ho il vostro numero di telefono, la strada è stretta, il mio camion di 9 metri non passa (in una via dove passa il bus di linea), il pacco è troppo pesante, serve un sovrapprezzo... ho dovuto noleggiare un camioncino per andarmi a prendere la mia spedizione da sola. Ritirata appena in tempo, perchè la stavano rispedendo al mittente con la dicitura "IMPOSSIBILE" senza mai tentare una consegna. Sconsiglio vivamente questo trasportatore. Cambiate lavoro! perchè nell'era di internet, Amazon, e-bay questo non fa per voi!
I ordered goods from Germany (paying for delivery to the street level), which arrived after 3 days in Trieste. After 2 weeks of teasing, like, I don't have your phone number, the road is narrow, my 9-meter truck doesn't pass (in a street where the bus passes), the package is too heavy, you need an extra charge ... I had to hire a pickup truck to pick up my shipment by myself. Collected just in time, because they were returning it to the sender with the words "IMPOSSIBLE" without ever attempting a delivery. I strongly advise against this transporter. Change jobs! because in the age of internet, Amazon, e-bay this is not for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È dal 13 dicembre che aspetto la consegna... e siamo il 3 gennaio... mi arriva un messaggio consegna il 27/12/2019... mai avvenuta ... ricevo una chiamata dal trasportatore e poi lo richiamo e gli do l’indirizzo corretto e mi dice che lo consegna in giornata(27/12) al massimo il giorno dopo. Richiami il 2 gennaio il trasportatore e mi dice che è in ferie e di chiamare la sede principale dove un messaggio dice di chiamare in mattinata.. peccato che ho chiamata alle 11 del mattino!!!
Ho a che fare con ditte di trasporto per lavoro ma mai visto una cosa simile!!!
Cambiate lavoro!!!!
I have been waiting for delivery since 13 December ... and it's January 3 ... I get a delivery message on 27/12/2019 ... never happened ... I get a call from the carrier and then I call him back and give him the correct address and tells me that he will deliver it the same day (27/12) at the latest the next day. Call the carrier back on January 2nd and tell me that he is on vacation and to call the main office where a message says to call in the morning .. pity I called at 11 in the morning !!!
I deal with transport companies for work but never seen such a thing !!!
Change jobs !!!!

Acquisto online di un elettrodomestico e ritardo nella consegna per problemi di dimensione camion (mai accaduto con altri corrieri) che non riesce ad accedere alla via. Dopo una settimana di contatti l'unica risposta è di attendere. Personale al telefono assolutamente non empatico col cliente nessuna premura nel cercare una soluzione. Sconsiglio questo servizio.
Da una settimana chiamo per avere delle risposte su un servizio che ho pagato e mi ritrovo senza merce e mi rispondete sulle recensioni invece di telefonare per aggiornarmi. Vi commentate da soli col vostro operato. Complimenti.
Definitely negative experience. Online purchase of an appliance and delay in delivery due to truck size problems (never happened with other couriers) that cannot access the street. After a week of contacts, the only answer is to wait. Staff on the phone absolutely not empathetic with the customer no haste in seeking a solution. I do not recommend this service.
For a week I have been calling for answers on a service that I paid for and I find myself without merchandise and answer me on the reviews instead of calling to update me. You comment yourself with your work. Congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto a che fare con Ferletti il 21 ottobre, quando un corriere mi ha consegnato un pacco ed entrando nel parcheggio del condominio ha danneggiato parti del cancello ( sensore e illuminazione ); può succedere...ma il problema è che il corriere il giorno dopo ha negato di aver causato il danno ( nonostante il giorno prima avesse detto di aver strappato il telone del furgone ) e questo è inaccettabile; ho provato più volte a contattarlo telefonicamente, e a scrivere mail a Ferletti, e l' unica risposta è stata che la responsabilità di qualsiasi danno avviene sul terreno privato è mia ...
Unfortunately I had to deal with Ferletti on 21 October, when a courier handed me a parcel and on entering the parking lot of the condominium damaged parts of the gate (sensor and lighting); it can happen ... but the problem is that the next day the courier denied having caused the damage (despite the fact that the day before he said he had torn the van tarpaulin) and this is unacceptable; I have tried several times to contact him by phone, and to write an email to Ferletti, and the only answer was that the responsibility for any damage that occurs on private land is mine ...
