La gioielleria dello speck. Per carità, prodotti ottimi e location accattivante, ma i prezzi sono per turisti sprovveduti . La società è della provincia di Trento, sui prodotti non vedo nessun marchio del consorzio. A Milano, in grande distribuzione, lo speck del consorzio Sud Tirol, si trova alla metà del prezzo. 10,99 contro i 21,50 al kg del sig. Tito. Avete diversi punti vendita, il business funziona. Ben per voi. Io faccio solo le mie considerazioni personali.

I'm noticing a trend with my great experiences coordinating with food and wine. Walking into this shop seemed intimidating as it was crowded and everyone talking lively. Then I met Nikola, The cheese guy, who welcomed me into the shop. Soon he was slicing away samples and I'm taking away. We started mild and worked up doing cow, sheep and goat. Sampling with herbs and wine. A real treat. Next Davida, the meat guy, and this was fun. Davida starts slicing salami Cinghiale, tartufo, campagnolo, finocchio, speck age 1 year, speck age 7 months and walking salami. While we're sampling and he's explaining, he's sharing cooking recipes and I'm giving USA travel tips (visit Philly... Skip LA... And don't miss Colorado and Utah mountains and parks). Then brief wine tasting. What a fantastic time. Thank you for the great welcome, education and food.
