INCOMPETENTE E MALEDUCATO.
Ha rimontato la gomma sulla mia auto completamente inclinata, ha assicurato di aver fatto convergenza e equilibratura, ma dopo due settimane, la macchina continuava a vibrare e portandola da un altro gommista ho scoperto che non era stato fatto nulla di quello che ho pagato al signor Velotta. Mi ha fatto affrontare un viaggio con una gomma inclinata di 2 gradi e mezzo, facendomi rischiare la vita ad alte velocità con la gomma che poteva svitarsi!
Inoltre mi ha lasciato il cerchio piegato dopo avermi detto di averlo cambiato.
Diffidate assolutamente da questa persona.
Worst tire dealer is hard to find!
INCOMPETENT AND RUDE.
He reassembled the tire on my fully leaned car, ensured he had toe-in and balancing, but after two weeks, the car was still vibrating and taking it to another tire dealer I found that nothing had been done of what I paid Mr. Velotta. It made me go on a road trip with a 2.5 degrees raked tire, risking my life at high speeds with the tire that could unscrew!
He also left me the folded circle after telling me he changed it.
Be wary of this person absolutely.
