★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono abbastanza contenuti ma ahimé... tutto correlato alla qualità della materia prima. Purtroppo questa volta ho notato davvero un calo.... prosciutto di scarsissima qualità e praticamente immangiabile...era più grasso che altro. E devo dire che anche la carne dentro le ravazzate e le arancine non ha convinto molto.
La torta con crema chantilly, anche se sostanzialmente buona nel suo complesso, ha perso parecchio. Troppo pannosa e già dopo 3 forchettine sdegnava.
Peccato.
The prices are quite low but alas ... all related to the quality of the raw material. Unfortunately this time I really noticed a drop .... very poor quality and practically inedible ham ... it was more fat than anything else. And I must say that even the meat inside the ravazzate and the arancine was not very convincing.
The cake with chantilly cream, although basically good overall, has lost a lot. Too creamy and already after 3 forks he was indignant.
