★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was nice and friendly but very clumsy. The bathroom was barely functional (the sink handle could break in your hand,the flushing buttons didn't press so they had installed some outer buttons).
Pizza was good but uncut,I had to cut it myself. Ordered a beer and they brought me a big bottle, that was nice of them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in town at midnight. AirBnB host called them and asked if they would stay open to make us some dinner. They did so graciously and wouldn't take a tip after preparing the meal. Super friendly, amazing hospitality, good food. And the restaurant is so warm and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiter was uninterested in his own job and very rude, he did not allow other customers to sit where they want (some had to eat under the hot sun). If a couple came to eat and all tables for two were full they would let them wait even if few tables for 4 or 6 people were free. Some people had to decide fast what they will eat because he wold be standing next to the table and wait even if you are not ready yet, but on the other hand some would wait up to 15 minutes just to get the menues. The pizzas didn’t taste good. It was the most dissapointed experience during our travelling trough Tuscany.
