★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il gg. 13/10/2021 siamo stati in visita alla tipografia Grifani Donati esperienza bellissima nel vedere l'evoluzione della stampa, ma sopratutto entusiasmante è stato l'amore per questo lavoro del sig. Giovanni, (enciclopedia vivente di tipografia) che ci ha coinvolto e divertire facendoci trascorrere circa due ore e mezzo come fossero stati dieci minuti. che dire.... grazie Giovanni per la disponibilità e per averci accolti come vecchi amici.
the day 13/10/2021 we visited the Grifani Donati printing house a wonderful experience in seeing the evolution of printing, but above all the love for this work of Mr. Giovanni, (living encyclopedia of typography) who involved us and entertained us by making us spend about two and a half hours as if it had been ten minutes. what to say .... thanks John for your availability and for having welcomed us as old friends.

Non è un museo nella concezione classica del termine, ma un laboratorio ancora attivo, il che è un valore aggiunto! Ci si trova completamente immersi nel mondo della tipografia. Macchine, fogli, caratteri, inchiostri e strumenti ovunque! Splendida visita guidata, appassionante e dettagliata, con tanto di sperimentazione sul campo! Da non perdere assolutamente!!!

Magical place, a blast from the past! The owner's passion can be felt as soon as you step inside the door.
