★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio condividere la mia esperienza al fine di mettere in guardia futuri potenziali clienti. Nonostante abbia semplicemente commissionato un lavoro di stampa di biglietti da visita (200 pz), la tipografia si è dimostrata non all'altezza del lavoro sia dal punto di vista tecnico del risultato, sia dal punto di vista "customer care". Dopo infatti aver fatto gentilmente presente via mail, con tanto di foto allegate come riprova, che i bigliettini sono stati tagliati completamente fuori posizione (non centrati), sono stato chiamato al cellulare dal responsabile dell'attività il quale non ha mostrato la minima intenzione di riparare al danno ma, al contrario, con atteggiamento irritato ed arrogante ha tagliato in fretta e furia la comunicazione lavandosi le mani del problema. Insomma peggio di così impossibile!
I want to share my experience in order to warn future potential customers. Despite having simply commissioned a business card printing job (200 pcs), the printing press proved to be not up to the job both from the technical point of view of the result and from the "customer care" point of view. In fact, after having kindly indicated via e-mail, complete with photos attached as proof, that the cards were completely cut out of position (not centered), I was called on the cell phone by the person in charge of the activity who did not show the slightest intention of repair the damage but, on the contrary, with an irritated and arrogant attitude he cut the communication in a hurry and washing his hands of the problem. In short, worse than impossible!

I went to the typography como for my wedding announcements; I was very satisfied with the success and the proposal (I was able to customize the format, paper and colors of both the invitation and the envelopes), and then I decided to entrust them with the booklets too. Precise and punctual, I recommend!
