Consigliatissimi!!!! My son had drawn all the new duvet with felt-tip pens! The owner immediately calmed my wife assuring her that the duvet would be new again ... after 3 days we went back to pick it up and it seemed just bought immaculate and fragrant. Highly recommended !!!!

Ho richiesto il ritiro a domicilio di due piumoni, uno dei quali ridotto davvero in condizioni pessime !! (lo avevo lavato a mano da sola e aveva preso un odore a dir poco nauseabondo :D ), conclusione? I piumoni sono tornati perfetti e ho pagato anche di meno del prezzo concordato!! Ebbene sì, Daniela mi ha infatti spiegato che quello che io avevo presentato come un piumone d'oca in realtà era un piumone sintetico e quindi ha ricalcolato il prezzo rispetto a ciò. Che dire? Onesta, professionalità, simpatia e ottima qualità del servizio reso. Sicuramente da consigliare! Marvelous!! I really can't find another adjective to describe the service that Daniela and her staff offers to us customers !! I requested the home collection of two duvets, one of which was in really bad condition !! (I had washed it by hand by myself and it had taken on a nauseating smell to say the least: D), conclusion? The duvets came back perfect and I paid even less than the agreed price !! Yes, Daniela explained to me that what I had presented as a goose duvet was actually a synthetic duvet and therefore she recalculated the price with respect to this. What to say? Honesty, professionalism, friendliness and excellent quality of the service rendered. Definitely to recommend!

Mia moglie aveva degli stivaletti scamosciati della Timberland discretamente rovinati con macchie e sporco. Loro li hanno riportato a nuovo…. Grazie!!! Always kind, helpful and professional. Not just shirts, pants, dresses and sweaters. My wife had some fairly worn Timberland suede boots with stains and dirt. They have brought them back to new…. Thanks!!!

Not only do I bring them on my dry cleaning, but they have also tailored several pieces for me and make them fit much better. They definitely make the neighborhood and nice place to live in.
