Su una seconda spedizione ho avuto problemi con il corriere, relativo a materiale già pagato. I purchased products from Timpani. I found a defect, in confidence, without particular questions, the switchboard operator ordered the immediate replacement of the product. On a second shipment I had problems with the courier, relating to material already paid. Natasha has been with me continuously for days offering me maximum support to solve the problem.
