A	Armando Cicero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato ieri al acquistare un giaccone presso questo negozio, l'ho provato e comprato, l'ho indossato subito, ma indosandolo ho constato che mi dava fastidio alla gola in quanto la fine della chiusura lampo mi pungeva. Questa mattina sono andato al negozio per cambiarlo, il gestore si è rifiutato il cambio dicendo che lo avevo indossato, io gli ho detto che un capo se non si indossa non si può sapere se va bene o meno, dopo una lnga discussione il gestore iniziava ad urlare e mi voleva cacciare dal negozio. Lo informavo che essendo un luogo aperto al publico non poteva farl, fortunatamente interveniva una commessa molto gentile che cercava di calmarlo ma non c'è stato nulla da fare il gestore era sempre più inquieto e scortese. Ho telefonato alla TIMBRLAND Itali la quale mi riferiva che il gestore era tenuto a cambiarmi il capo anche eprchè non sono passate nemmeno 12 ore dall'acquisto. Comunque mi ha riferito di andare ad un determinato negozio dove mi avrebbero sostituito il capo. I went yesterday to buy a jacket at this store, I tried and bought it, I wore it immediately, but wearing it I found that it bothered my throat as the end of the zipper stung me. This morning I went to the shop to change it, the manager refused the change saying that I had worn it, I told him that if you don't wear a garment you can't know if it's okay or not, after a discussion the manager started to scream and wanted to kick me out of the shop. I informed him that being a place open to the public he could not do it, fortunately a very kind saleswoman intervened who tried to calm him but there was nothing to do the manager was increasingly restless and rude. I phoned TIMBRLAND Itali which told me that the manager was required to change my head even though 12 hours have not passed since the purchase. However, he told me to go to a certain shop where they would replace my boss.
A	ARY CORI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in cerca di uno scarponcino e ho notato questo negozio che aveva molti articoli interessanti , allora sono entrata e i due commessi mi hanno subito accolto con molta gentilezza e sono riusciti a consigliarmi molto bene vista la loro grande professionalità nel campo ,il negozio è molto grande e veste sia donne che uomini, la scelta era molto vasta con capi molto belli e alla moda e i prezzi giusti vista l'ottima qualità dei prodotti. Sono uscita da questo negozio molto soddisfatta e qualche giorno dopo ho portato anche degli amici che anche loro sono rimasti molto contenti. Vi consiglio vivamente di andare a farvi un giro ! M	Michele G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo negoziante ricevo una felpa Timberland per Natale, il 02-01-20 vado al negozio Timberland di v.le europa a Roma e mi negano il cambio taglia perchè si potevano fare non oltre al 31/12 ma scherziamo non puoi più trascorrere il Natale fuori città altrimenti non puoi cambiare i regali !!!! PRENDETE PROVVEDIMENTI Timberland perchè a quanto ho letto il tipo non è incline ai cambi o sostituzioni bad shopkeeper I get a Timberland sweatshirt for Christmas, on 02-01-20 I go to the Timberland store in v.le europa in Rome and they deny me the change of size because they could be done no later than 31/12 but let's joke you can't spend Christmas anymore out of town otherwise you can not change gifts !!!! TAKE MEASURES Timberland because as far as I have read the type is not prone to changes or replacements
