★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday, October 9 approximately 9:30am I went into this store and asked the person working there if she knew where the VAT was located in the airport. She had been on the cell phone, but asked me if I needed help and that’s when I asked her. She then proceeded to point out her phone and tell me she was not information and was on her phone. Her tone of voice was terrible and it scared me. I thought Italy was family. Needless to say, that person was very rude. The rest of my group decided we would never shop there.
