La delusione riguarda esclusivamente il servizio offerto da tim dato che ho pagato per più di 30mesi €. 40. Infatti devo provvedere personalmente alla spedizione del modem. Per fortuna mi sono liberato da una sorta di tirannia che la tim impone ai propri clienti: aumento ingiustificato del costo per la linea ADSL di ulteriorib€. 5 in più quasi €. 6 al mese per l'assurdo servizio di tim expert (un vero e proprio ladrocinio) in più un costo mensile per tim vision il cui ricevitore promesso al momento dell'acquisto dell'abbonamento non è mai arrivato. Addio tim a mai più
I was expecting more cooperation from a tim shop. I must acknowledge that the staff has provided me with all the information about the procedure to be implemented to proceed with the withdrawal from the Tim subscription contract due to modification of contractual conditions. The disappointment concerns only the service offered by tim since I paid for more than € 30 months. 40. In fact, I have to personally ship the modem. Fortunately, I freed myself from a sort of tyranny that the tim imposes on its customers: an unjustified increase in the cost for the ADSL line by an additional € b. 5 more almost €. 6 per month for the absurd tim expert service (a real thievery) plus a monthly cost for tim vision whose receiver promised at the time of purchase of the subscription never arrived.
