Lo ringrazio per la grande professionalita' dimostrata.
I had been charged by TIM which, after further investigation, it became clear that it was due to my mistake, due to inexperience. The young man at the counter brilliantly solved the problem showing a lot of patience and a lot of availability.
I thank him for the great professionalism shown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto maleducato e poco professionale: ho avuto difficoltà per la sostituzione di un Timbox e non ho ricevuto, da parte del centro Tim, nessuna collaborazione o aiuto per risolvere la questione con il 187. Anzi, ogniqualvolta mi sono presentata oppure ho telefonato, per verificarelo stato della mia pratica, hanno, in maniera molto scortese, affermato di non poter fare nulla e che anzi le mie richieste di informazioni arrecavano fastidio alla loro attività.
Very rude and unprofessional staff: I had difficulties in replacing a Timbox and I have not received, from the Tim center, any collaboration or help to resolve the issue with the 187. Indeed, whenever I have presented myself or have phoned, for check the status of my file, they have, in a very rude way, stated that they could not do anything and that indeed my requests for information disturbed their business.
