It does not differ from any other home and cleaning products shop but the staff are extremely friendly and affable without being intrusive.

S	Sara Carchesio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno mi chiamo Carchesio Sara num.carta fedeltà 002724048 e vorrei fare un reclamo per il Tigotà di Viale Abruzzo Chieti Scalo.Nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri 21/06 mi reco nel punto vendita, faccio spesa e pago euro 56,44(doc.num.0963–0199 ore 18:33).Tornata a casa mi accorgo di aver pagato un articolo (raddrizza alluce valgo euro 6,95)e di averlo lasciato in cassa.Mio marito chiama e l'addetto che risponde ci dice che controllando alle ore 20:20 in cassa il prodotto non c'era.Dopo poco richiamo e lo stesso addetto mi dice:io che ti posso fare ho visto ma non c'è.E ovvio che spetta al cliente di ritirare la propria spesa ma la cassiera avrebbe potuto accorgersene subito in quanto la sua postazione è abbastanza piccola.Inoltre non si può liquidare un cliente con io che ti posso fare perché penso che si potrebbe controllare la telecamera e accertarsi dell'accaduto e constatare se il cliente che fa il reclamo è in buona fede.Tra l'altro anche io cliente posso dubitare della serietà del personale e comunque il prodotto è rimasto all'interno del negozio quindi avrei potuto accettare quel tipo di risposta solo se l'avessi lasciato fuori.Ora io cliente che mi reco nei punti vendita di Tigotà ed ho sempre acquistato e pagato regolarmente non ritengo di essere stata trattata in maniera consona alla situazione.Concludendo:che ti posso fare Tigotà i soldi miei non li vedi più me ne vado da Acqua&Sapone! Ogni volta che vado x me è festa, mi accolgono sempre con il sorriso e gentilezza! C’è Paolo che mi fa fare sempre tante risate, in cassa c’è una ragazza bionda, che non avevo visto prima che è davvero bravissima e professionale!!!
