★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata una cliente abituale, negli ultimi anni ,grazie ad una vostra commessa non ci tornerò più tranne se strettamente necessario! .La settimana scorsa vado a fare degli acquisti insieme ai miei figli, essendo 3/4volta che dimentico la tesserina ,le altre volte ho chiesto gentilmente alle commesse di cercarmi tramite registro del computer per poter usufruire degli sconti dedicati ai clienti abituali ed è andato tutto bene , la settimana scorsa mi ritrovo la commessa castana (40enne)con capelli ricci che a voce alta davanti alle altre persone mi dice : Ma io ti ho detto di portarti la tessera, non è che ogni volta possiamo andare alla ricerca sul pc , ad un certo punto vado alla ricerca della tessera trovandola la presento ma la sua mancanza di rispetto davanti a tutti mi ha lasciata a bocca aperta,. Se non si rendono disponibili ad utilizzare questa possibilità di cercare il cliente non capisco perché e stata messa a disposizione questa possibilità . Gentilezza 0,rispetto 0. Preferisco andare Sirene Blu dove trovo sempre tanta disponibilità,, sempre, e mai nessuno si è permesso di mancarmi di rispetto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente abituale, purtroppo d'ora in poi tornerò se strettamente necessario in quanto, la signora con i capelli corti neri, risponde sempre in maniera maleducata e strafottente.
Non è la prima volta che quando le chiedo qualcosa mi risponde male.
Anche al momento del passaggio tessera, se una persona non ce l'ha con sé, inizia a contestare in maniera maleducata.
Il resto del personale sempre educato, con il sorriso e disponibile!
