È già la seconda volta che mi capita una cosa del genere: quando acquisti qualcosa che ha una promozione o un'offerta, una volta arrivata alla cassa le commesse fanno finta di nulla e non ti segnalano che ti spetta per regolamento quel determinato prodotto omaggio. Ieri ho acquistato un solare che con il suo acquisto aveva in regalo uno stick labbra, arrivata alla cassa la commessa non mi ha detto niente e sono stata io a dirle "scusi ma con l'acquisto di questo solare dovrei avere in regalo il balsamo labbra". Lei risponde che sono terminati quando in realtà sullo scaffale, accanto al prodotto acquistato, c'erano. Rispondo di averlo visto sullo scaffale accanto al solare e lei dice che i balsami labbra che danno loro in omaggio sono diversi da quelli in vendita, e che questi ultimi non ce li possono dare. Per fortuna lì accanto c'era un'altra commessa che le dice "assolutamente no, se ce ne sono sullo scaffale vallo a prendere perché è quello che le devi dare"!! Questa neanche chiede scusa per lo sbaglio. Siccome (ripeto) non è la prima volta che succede una cosa del genere, consiglio di evitare questo punto vendita perché il comportamento del personale non è corretto.
Incompetent and unfair staff. It is already the second time that something like this has happened to me: when you buy something that has a promotion or an offer, once you arrive at the checkout the orders pretend nothing has happened and do not tell you that you are entitled to that particular free product by regulation. Yesterday I bought a sunscreen that with its purchase had a lipstick as a gift, when the saleswoman arrived at the checkout she didn't tell me anything and it was I who told her "sorry but with the purchase of this sunscreen I should have the lip balm as a gift ". She replies that they are finished when in reality on the shelf, next to the purchased product, there were. I reply that I saw it on the shelf next to the solar and she says that the lip balms they give them as a gift are different from the ones for sale, and that the latter cannot give them to us. Luckily there was another saleswoman next door who told her "absolutely not, if there are any on the shelf go get it because that's what you have to give her" !! This does not even apologize for the mistake. Since (I repeat) it is not the first time that something like this has happened, I recommend avoiding this store because the behavior of the staff is not correct.
