Non rispondono, se rispondono offendono, mettono giù il telefono in faccia e rispondono che se qualcuno va per vie legali contro di loro, sono talmente grandi che vinceranno sempre. assolutamente la sconsiglio!!! Nel corso degli anni comunque si nota anche un lavoro nelle rifiniture poco attento.La casa è anche bella, ma spero di venderla il prima possibile per non avere più a che fare con loro! Spero di confermare le cinque stelle con il riconoscimento della professionalità, avendo risposte personali circa alcuni disagi avuti per quanto riguarda il mio appartamento (i problemi a mio carico sono già stati risolti, altri aspettano almeno una valutazione). Il condominio intero aspetta un intervento di ripristino circa alcune infiltrazioni esterne da quasi un anno... resto fiduciosa nell’approccio collaborativo con il cliente, la massima valutazione è basata sulla fiducia. E, quando ne sono in possesso di queste capacità, vengono messi nelle condizioni di non operare al fine della qualità stessa perché pressati per terminare i lavori. Vengono spesso utilizzati materiali scadenti che, nel breve tempo, devono essere sostituiti ovviamente a carico degli acquirenti (perché l’impresa se ne rifiuta di ammettere che è stato utilizzato materiale scadente o non adatto a quella funzione. Es: griglia di passaggio per auto). Sono capaci, dopo due anni, di lasciarti ancora con la porta d’ingresso della palazzina aperta e non funzionante permettendo a chiunque di entrare in qualunque momento. Riparandosi dicendo che sono per vie legali con il fornitore delle porte. Noi quella porta l’abbiamo pagata interamente e “per funzionante”. Se il fornitore delle porte è un incapace il problema non deve ricadere sul cliente ma sull’impresa che non ha saputo avvalersi di un fornitore all’altezza. L’economia dei lavori fa oltremodo sentire molti rumori fastidiosi di rimbombo sia dagli appartenenti sottostanti verso quelli sopra, sia viceversa. Mi fermo qui, anche se ho altri colpi in canna. Per questi motivi posso ritenermi completamente insoddisfatto, anche del servizio post vendita. I own an appointment built by this company. I go to the point. i	ilaria zamengo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci riteniamo molto soddisfatti del servizio, abbiamo acquistato una porzione nuova in costruzione e avevamo tempistiche molto strette per l'entrata, l'impresa ha fatto del suo meglio per rispettare i tempi il più possibile, accelerando i lavori. E questo ci ha permesso di rogitare nei tempi prestabiliti. Sono stati tutti molto disponibili alle nostre richieste, hanno sempre risposto alle nostre mail praticamente o il giorno stesso o quello successivo. Come ogni casa nuova c'è sempre qualche inconveniente, ed è stato tutto prontamente sistemato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. Nulla da dire tranne grazie, perché la compravendita con voi è stata perfetta. Ma al momento della presentazione del contratto ho dovuto constatare che, complici la loro forza sul mercato e il periodo pieno di lavoro, le condizioni contrattuali erano inaccettabili a causa di una stesura che scaricava responsabilità del risultato del lavoro su loro collaboratori assicurati formalmente nominati dal cliente, così che la responsabilità non ricadesse mai sulla azienda. Insomma, un aggiramento formale della responsabilità della realizzazione dei lavori. Il proprietario, spledidamente disponibile fino a che tutto va bene, diventa in pochi secondi maleducato, alza la voce e si rivela incline a minacce tipo "e allora non facciamo niente e vi arrangiate". Nelle esperienze successive ho però constatto che questi comportamenti sono molto diffusi e facente parte del campo edlizio. Le persone giuste si trovano ma bisogna cercarle col lumino.
