A est è delimitato dal fiume Aniene e confina con la Zona Urbanistica Casal De' Pazzi; a sud è delimitato da Via Tiburtina e Confina con le zone urbanistiche del Tiburtino Sud e di Casal Bruciato; a ovest è delimitato da Via dei Duranti e confina con la Zona Urbanistica di Pietralata; A nord è delimitato dall'Anienevl e confina con le zone urbanistiche di Montesacro e Casal De' Pazzi. Il Tiburtino Nord ha tre stazioni della Metro B, Ponte Mammolo, Santa Maria del Soccorso e Monti Tiburtini. In questa Zona c'è anche l'ospedale S. Pertini.
 The Urban area of Tiburtino Nord occupies a large area of Municipio IV, in the North East sector of Roma Capitale. The Tiburtino Nord occupies a large part of the Pietralata District and extends from Via Tiburtina in the south to the Aniene river in the north. To the east it is bordered by the Aniene river and borders the Casal De 'Pazzi Urban Zone; to the south it is delimited by Via Tiburtina and borders the urban areas of Tiburtino Sud and Casal Bruciato; to the west it is delimited by Via dei Duranti and borders the Urbanistic Zone of Pietralata; To the north it is bordered by the Anienevl and borders the urban areas of Montesacro and Casal De 'Pazzi.
