Ci siamo serviti da loro per dei bicchierini da caffè per asporto, premetto che avendo un bar ne ho bisogno in modeste quantità. Abbiamo riscontrato che su un pacco che abbiamo aperto, da 50 pezzi, 18 perdevano caffè (e neanche lo abbiamo finito il pacco). Riportato il problema, la proprietaria sosteneva che ad altri 100 bar non è successo, di certo non sono matta da rendere un prodotto di cui ho estremo bisogno se non ci fosse un problema. Detto ciò alla fine la proprietaria non ci ha reso l'intero importo, ma non ci stiamo attaccando a pochi euro, piuttosto alla scortesia e al modo pessimo di lavorare. Non ci tornerò mai più e sconsiglierò a TUTTI questo posto pessimo. I give 1 star only because you can't get less. We used them for coffee cups for take-away, I state that having a bar I need them in modest quantities. We found that on a package that we opened, of 50 pieces, 18 leaked coffee (and we didn't even finish the package). Reported the problem, the owner claimed that another 100 bars did not happen, certainly I'm not crazy to return a product that I badly need if there was not a problem. Having said that in the end the owner did not return the full amount to us, but we are not sticking to a few euros, rather to the rudeness and the bad way of working. I will never go back and I will advise EVERYONE against this bad place.
