Fatto presente all'addetto che "sorridendo" mi dice che è impossibile, ribatto di verificare ed anche lui si accorge che il pannello riportava ancora 1,519. Cerco un responsabile ma il titolare non c'è. Si palesa un altro addetto che constata l'accaduto. Ma solo questo. Fatto sta che ho pagato più di 5€ in più. Mi spiace, cose che capitano indubbiamente, ma non credo che mi serviro nuovamente della stazione in questione. Mi sarei aspettato un rimborso anche tramite un buono visto che i due addetti hanno ammesso l'incongruenza. Bad experience. Panel that indicated 1,519 diesel fuel served ... Nel mio caso queste dimenticanze sono già accadute ben 7 volte. Credo che abbiano come direttiva quella di chiedere sempre e comunque se si vogliono controllare i livelli di acqua e olio e per un cliente abituale diventa una cosa un po' insistente. relax! Qualche mese fa ho avuto un problema di carburante sporco con tutto ciò che esso comporta tra manutenzione e disagio. Posso dire che dopo aver fatto presente l accaduto mi sono stati rimborsati, dopo qualche tempo, non solo i soldi di manutenzione del veicolo ma anche il rifornimento erogato in quello stesso giorno. Ogni tanto è bello constatare che ci sono ancora persone oneste in italia. Note of approval for this distributor's honesty.
