★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, e sottolineo purtroppo, questa Azienda ha realizzato gli impianti di casa mia. Da subito si sono manifestati problemi di mal funzionamento dell'impianto di raffrescamento causati dalla fuoriuscita dai circuiti del "gas refrigerante". Calava continuamente di pressione. Il problema è stato tamponato ricaricando il gas più volte. Ho dovuto far intervenire il produttore del sistema DAIKIN il quale ha risolto il problema rilevando un'errore di installazione dell'impianto.
Successivamente si è verificata una perdita a causa di un raccordo mal installato nell'impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento. Mi è stato detto da parte del titolare che controllare che i raccordi "tengano" è compito mio. Ho dovuto smontare e far riparare i mobili marciti e far sostituire parte della pavimentazione in legno rovinata. Il tutto a mie spese. Casa Nuova. Nuovissima. Il tutto entro i primi due anni dall'esecuzione delle opere.
Proprietario maleducato ed arrogante. Lasciate perdere.

The problem was buffered by refilling the gas several times. I had to ask the manufacturer of the DAIKIN system to intervene and he solved the problem by detecting a system installation error.
Subsequently, a leak occurred due to a badly installed fitting in the underfloor heating system. I was told by the owner that checking that the fittings "hold" is my job. I had to take apart and have the rotten furniture repaired and some of the ruined wood flooring replaced. All at my expense. New house. Brand new. All this within the first two years from the execution of the works.
Rude and arrogant owner. Forget it.
