Alla cassa c è sempre una commessa indaffarata a fare qualcosa che ogni volta è urgente e anche se non ci sono altri clienti devi aspettare.
The shop is large and well stocked. During the sales period you can find excellent opportunities. You can run undisturbed between tables and shelves. The staff is unfriendly. At the checkout there is always an order busy doing something that is urgent every time and even if there are no other customers you have to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! 22.12.2020 preso 5 pensierini diversi e pagato di più per 5 pacchetti regalo. Mi mettono tutto in un unico sacchetto di regalo. Torno per farlo presente alla commessa e chiedo gentilmente i mancanti sacchetti, ma mi dice che deve farmeli pagare. Avevo già pagato per 5 pacchetti regalo! Lo ricordo alla commessa, allora l'altra commessa si arrabbia e mi passa i sacchettini come se fosse un cane. Commesse maleducate e disoneste.
Bad experience! 22.12.2020 took 5 different gifts and paid more for 5 gift packages. They put everything in one gift bag. I go back to point this out to the shop assistant and politely ask for the missing bags, but she tells me she has to make me pay for them. I had already paid for 5 gift packages! I remember it to the saleswoman, then the other saleswoman gets angry and passes me the bags as if it were a dog. Rude and dishonest orders.
