Se l'articolo cercato non è presente in negozio, le commesse sono pronte a chiamare altri negozi Thun per velocizzare la consegna del prodotto mancante. The only store that sells Thun items in Velletri. Local not very big. The comesse are kind and helpful! If the item you are looking for is not present in the store, the orders are ready to call other Thun stores to speed up the delivery of the missing product.
B	BIANCA DIONISI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a chi. piace il genere... un bel negozio ampio sempre fornito e personale gentile... eccessivi i prezzi ma quelli sono imposti.. io non comprerei mai nulla però sicuramente darei un premio alle vetrine sempre curate e davvero belle da guardare..! to who. like the genre ... a nice large shop always stocked and friendly staff ... excessive prices but those are imposed .. I would never buy anything but surely I would give a prize to the always well-kept and really beautiful windows to look at ..!

Nel termine di 30 gg sono ritornato al negozio perché il prodotto risultava per alcuni aspetti difettoso, chiedendo all'esercente di poterlo cambiare e, di tutta risposta, la commessa mi riferisce di non poterlo cambiare con un altro articolo, perché il prodotto, che avevo comprato e riportato per la sostituzione, non era munito di velina. Mai sentita una cialtroneria peggiore di questa. Cortesia e disponibilità degli esercenti rasentano lo zero, per non dire che sono inaccettabili e fuori dai normali canoni di educazione e rispetto per la clientela. I put a star because I can't put zero. I bought a THUN ladybug alarm clock for a birthday present for my girlfriend. Within 30 days I returned to the shop because the product was in some respects defective, asking the merchant to be able to change it and, in response, the saleswoman told me that she could not change it with another item, because the product I had bought and brought back for replacement, it was not equipped with tissue paper. Never heard a worse boozy than this. Courtesy and helpfulness of the operators are close to zero, not to say that they are unacceptable and outside the normal canons of education and respect for customers.
