Commessa scortese, che non fa sentire accolti i clienti, anzi che fa le preferenze per clienti che conosce personalmente. Spiego: stavamo dando un'occhiata ai bicchieri (che già avevamo visto in precedenza), la commessa era impegnata a fare il conto ai suoi amici e ci chiede cosa volessimo. E noi: due confezioni di questi bicchieri. Nel frattempo i suoi amici si accorgono dei bicchieri che volevamo e chiedono anche loro due confezioni. La commessa Va nel retro, torna, ci dice che erano disponibili solo tre confezioni e quindi ne potevamo avere solo una perché le altre due erano dell'altra signora(sua amica) perché c'era lei già prima. Con rammarico, chiediamo se sarebbero arrivati altri. Ci viene detto che bisognava prenotarli. Aspettiamo.... Dopo altri minuti di chiacchiere confidenziali con l'altra cliente va a controllare sul computer, senza dirci neanche una parola.... Continua a chiacchierare con l'altra... Siamo andate via e ordinerò quanto volevo dal sito così non dovrò per forza incontrarla. Che peccato!
