Non va bene se ci si impegna con liste regali (laurea o nozze). Ordini una cosa e te ne rifilano una diversa, possibilmente dell'anno prima. Consigliato solo se non si può acquistare online. If you go for a quick purchase that's fine, fairly stocked and not very up-to-date with the latest lines ... Not good if you engage with gift lists (graduation or wedding). You order one thing and they'll give you a different one, possibly the year before. Recommended only if you cannot buy it online.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti per segnalare il problema ma non è possibile parlare con un operatore!! Ho mandato tramite modulistica la segnalazione del problema ma SILENZIO TOMBALE!!!! Un'Azienda nominata e prestigiosa potrebbe anzi DOVREBBE gestire sicuramente meglio la vendita on-line!!! P.S.: nulla da dire sul personale THUN di Castrovillari!! Cerco il Punto Vendita su Google, esco da lavoro per cambio turno, e decido di passare a vedere dove fosse il pv. Ore 13:30...vedo con sorpresa che è aperto..illuminato, quindi decido di fermarmi. Consapevole di esser fuori orario, ma certo di ricevere cortesia,( visto che ero evidentemente appena uscito da lavoro in quando indossavo ancora il nakband al collo) ...chiedo gentilmente, se potessi concludere un acquisto, (Ribadisco porta aperta, e negozio totalmente illuminato) di tutta risposta ,mi viene detto di ripassare alle 16:30. ..ovviamente non ritornerò. Budget regalo??? ...€300,00 Complimenti If I could review without a star, I would have done it. Owner or unprofessional saleswoman. I look for the point of sale on Google, I leave work for a change of shift, and I decide to go and see where the store was. 1.30 pm ... I see with surprise that it is open ... illuminated, so I decide to stop. Aware of being out of hours, but sure to receive courtesy, (since I was obviously just out of work when I was still wearing the nakband around my neck) ... I kindly ask, if I could conclude a purchase, (I repeat, door open, and fully lit shop) In response, I am told to come back at 16:30. .. of course I will not return. Gift budget ??? ... € 300.00 Well done
