Ho avuto bisogno di acquistare a distanza un oggetto introvabile a Milano: Sonia e Clarissa si sono date un gran da fare per aiutarmi con grande professionalità e pazienza. Questo è il negozio Thun migliore che io abbia mai conosciuto. Straconsiglio! The Thun objects are all splendid, but what makes this shop special is the staff: helpful, kind, human. I needed to buy at a distance an unobtainable object in Milan: Sonia and Clarissa have worked hard to help me with great professionalism and patience. This is the best Thun store I've ever known. Straconsiglio!

Una stellina è anche troppo!!!!! Peccato per un'azienda così rinomata! Dovrebbe selezionare con maggiore attenzione il proprio personale. Saleswoman (who presented herself as owner) rude and insolent in her manner and tone with arrogant comments and obvious mockery "..... they tell me that the customer is always right and then I agree with you ....." . A star is too much !!!!! Too bad for such a renowned company! It should select its staff more carefully.

Voto 200 se fosse stato possibile per sopportare tutti quelli che transitano nel negozio e devono fare sempre le splendide Just to say to Mrs. BUGARIBI who gave a star to the shop .. I was there, if the lady broke the boxes for 1 euro of packaging and made the fool by being presumptuous and rude .. the orders were too kind.
