 I bought 2 stoves last year. Excellent value for money. I had a break in the front door caused by a guest of mine and within 2 days I had the stove working again. Super efficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato direttamente il produttore per un caso particolare ed ho subito trovato molta disponibilità e cordialità; nel giro di poco tempo (diciamo 1 ora considerata l'antivigilia di Natale)è stato risolto il problema. La stufa fornitami (da 10 kW) è funzionale, di ottima finitura in maiolica e scalda a dovere l'ambiente. La famiglia dove è stata installata è rimasta contentissima, consuma poco ed ha una resa molto elevata. Sicuramente consiglio l'acquisto, soprattutto perché, come ho già detto, al bisogno hanno saputo rispondere prontamente, e di questi tempi sappiamo non essere una caratteristica di tutte le realtà.
I contacted the manufacturer directly for a particular case and I immediately found a lot of availability and cordiality; in a short time (let's say 1 hour considering the eve of Christmas) the problem was solved. The stove supplied (10 kW) is functional, with an excellent majolica finish and warms the environment properly. The family where it was installed was very happy, consumes little and has a very high yield. I certainly recommend the purchase, especially because, as I said, they were able to respond promptly to the need, and these days we know it is not a feature of all realities.

A company offering such expensive prices, it's really sad to see such a low quality website... Every serious manufacturer has a good after sales! after 2 weeks our wooden parket has ruptures, it seems that the humidity was really low in the room, this is what a dealer should know, that you buy a meter to measure the humidity... Also after 2 weeks we had a leak and now the metal is damages. Didn't received an email, nothing in SPAM. Your form on your website was probably not working, how should I know. After one year feedback is unacceptable.
