★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per una perdita d'acqua su una caldaia. Il tecnico è venuto più volte con interventi pagati e non risolutivi. Infine mi hanno chiesto di pagare 300 euro anticipati per l'ordine di un pezzo da 600, sennò non sarebbero venuti ad installarlo.dopo l'installazione la caldaia ha funzionato per mezza giornata ed è andata in blocco. Costo totale tra le varie uscite 850 euro. Parole del tecnico: "non so che fare, bisognerebbe ordinare altri pezzi, ma se poi non sono quelli giusti e non c'è li paghi...." Conclusione mi sono dovuta arrangiare e rivolgermi ad altri. È gennaio, fuori è sottozero.
I called them about a water leak on a boiler. The technician came several times with paid and unsolved interventions. Finally they asked me to pay 300 euros in advance for the order of a 600 piece, otherwise they would not have come to install it. After installation, the boiler worked for half a day and went into lockdown. Total cost between the various outputs 850 euros.
