Brak informacji i oznakowań ramp, na meldunku powie który numer rampy i tyle ale brak opisanych ramp. Załadunek nie odbył się z opóźnieniem bo jak to włochy nie mają na to czasu tylko na inne rzeczy. Standardowo jak to u Włocha trzeba uzbroić się w cierpliwość. W biurze niby wiedzieli że taka i taka firma przyjedzie ładować auto ale jednak nikt nic nie wie i miliony telefonów by się dowiedzieć co i jak. Brak poczekalni.
