A beautiful alternative to drool and share with your family! Some things need improvement, but still very nice for the family!

Uno spettacolo di elfi stupendo, una simpatica baby dance ma la cosa più bella è BABBO NATALE. Bellissimo, sembra quello vero che vedi alla tv o nei libri e dice anche ohohohooooo!!! 44 euros for 2 adults and two children a little too much. After all there are no workshops but the atmosphere is beautiful! A wonderful elf show, a nice baby dance but the best thing is SANTA CLAUS. Beautiful, it looks like the real one you see on TV or in books and also says ohohohooooo !!!

L'iniziativa si trova sia nella frazione collinare e più antica del ridente paesino dove si trova l'Ufficio Postale di Babbo Natale con le sue collaboratrici: gli Elfi. A pochi passi la slitta con le renne che, la sera, si accendono di luci colorate ed il Museo dei Presepi e quello delle costruzioni con i mattoncini della LEGO. Nella centralissima Piazza Italia ci sono le giostre per i più piccoli e la graziosa pista di pattinaggio. Nei prestigiosi locali delle Terme e nel prospiciente parco si trovano le bancarelle del tradizionale mercatino natalizio, altri giochi per i bambini ed il Paese delle Fiabe condotto da attori ed attrici professionisti. Nei pressi delle Terme ed intorno a Piazza Italia nessun problema di parcheggio mentre per l'area dell'antico centro urbano qualche passo in più è necessario farlo...ma ne vale la pena..! At Christmas it is a beautiful tradition to visit the town of Santa Claus in Chianciano Terme, both for adults and children. The initiative is located in both the hilly and oldest part of the charming village where the Post Office of Santa Claus is located with his collaborators: the Elves. A few steps away the sled with the reindeers that, in the evening, light up with colored lights and the Museum of the Nativity scenes and that of the buildings with LEGO bricks. In the central Piazza Italia there are rides for the little ones and the pretty skating rink. The stalls of the traditional Christmas market, other games for children and the fairytale country run by professional actors and actresses are located in the prestigious rooms of the spa and in the nearby park. Near the spa and around Piazza Italia no parking problems while for the area of the ancient city center a few more steps are necessary ... but it's worth it ..!

Poi con i nipotini siamo andati in centro storico da Babbo Natale, per nulla frettoloso e molto gentile nei modi. Molto belli gli allestimenti. We did the magical journey and it was a lot of fun, great actors and great atmosphere. Then with the grandchildren we went to the old town from Santa Claus, not at all hurried and very kind in the ways. The displays are very beautiful.

Un percorso brevissimo con una sala dove ti regalano un palloncino e con 2 case una degli elfi e una di frozen dove non ci sono giochi ma solo da guardare, e una casa di babbo natale (l unica che merita). I giochi del parco sono tutti a pagamento quindi extra biglietto e intorno non c è nemmeno una bancarella....in realtà in tutto il paese ce ne sono 5 e dislocate in 2 punti molto lontano tra loro... una delusione piuttosto cara!!! Meglio Montepulciano o Arezzo di gran lunga!!!! 13 euros per person including children for nothing! A very short path with a room where they give you a balloon and with 2 houses one of the elves and one of frozen where there are no games but only to watch, and a house of Santa Claus (the only one he deserves). The games in the park are all for a fee, therefore an extra ticket and around there is not even a stall .... in reality there are 5 of them throughout the country and located in 2 points very far from each other ... a rather expensive disappointment! !! Better Montepulciano or Arezzo by far !!!!

Aggiungo a seguito della Vs domanda: si abbiamo fatto tutto con pochissimo tempo...perché la casa di babbo natale si entra e si pesca da una singola stanza per fare una foto(però splendida) con babbo natale, idem per la letterina in 5mq di stanza,il regno dei ghiacci è pista di pattinaggio che si paga a parte,un laboratorio a tema frozen che è aperto e freddo,con la possibilità di fare solo una corona ritagliata e un alberello con 3 legnetti(trovati entrambe già pronti e siamo usciti in 30sec)...la cosa che più lascia perplessi è il "christmas alley" che forse sono due file di abeti alti mezzo metro con lucine e le botteghe magiche 4 su 6 aperte che vendevano giochi/sciarpe/ciondoli e oggetti di Harry Potter...si direte che c'entra questo col natale...ce lo siamo chiesti anche noi dopo aver visto 90min di spettacolo a tema Harry Potter invece che tema natalizio...questo non è specificato da nessuna parte(forse per diritti non acquisiti),comunque il famoso percorso a tema e magico non c'entra nulla col natale, nonostante ciò è molto bello e fatto bene,coinvolgente e con personale simpatico. Anche tutti gli altri operatori sono stati all'altezza dei ruoli...ma non ci sono abbastanza cose da fare a tema...privi di mercatini e luminarie a tema...poi troppo caro,biglietto di ingresso+trenino+ eventuali :pista pattinaggio+indiana park+foto...si spende uno sproposito. Andava specificato meglio il tutto online e sicuramente c'era ancora meno affluenza. Ripeto tutte le persone all'opera sono state cordiali e divertenti con i bimbi ma l'organizzazione ha ingigantito online l'evento Few contents and therefore price not justified. All other operators were up Roles ... but there are not enough things to do in the theme ... no markets and illuminations theme ... then over-priced, entry ticket + train + possible: track skating + indiana park + photo ... you spend a lot of money. It was better to specify everything online and surely there was even less turnout. L	Letizia Ferretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A noi (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 8 e 11 anni) è piaciuto molto lo spettacolo di Harry Potter essendo appassionati. Gli attori sono bravissimi e divertenti. Ma poi il resto è stato deludente... il trenino + posta + casa di babbo natale (ma c'era la Befana) è stato deludente. Forse dovreste preparare attività adatte per età dei bambini. Harry Potter per bambini grandi dai 7 anni in su ed il resto per i più piccoli... e i go-kart dove sono? Bisogna organizzare le cose meglio altrimenti i turisti non vengono più. We (2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 11) loved the Harry Potter show being passionate about it. The actors are very good and funny. But then the rest was disappointing ... the train + post + santa claus house (but there was the Befana) was disappointing. Perhaps you should prepare activities suitable for children's ages. Harry Potter for older children aged 7 and up and the rest for the little ones ... and where are the go-karts? We have to organize things better otherwise tourists don't come anymore.
