Orari di lavoro NON rispettati, ho chiesto al negozio accanto dicendomi che in teoria dovrebbe aprire. Non ho parole. Dopo avermi assicurata in tutti i modi possibili e immaginabili che OVVIAMENTE IL VIDEOGIOCO CHE AVREI ORDINATO SAREBBE ARRIVATO PRIMA DI NATALE, seccandosi pure perché l'ho voluto ribadito, si sono rivelati senza parola, minimamente professionali e all'altezza della situazione. So benissimo per esperienza che i corrieri vanno incontro a ritardi, sopratutto in periodi festivi, so anche bene però lavorando anche io col pubblico, che l'imprevisto e l'imprevedibile occorre poterlo mettere sul piatto senza escluderlo perché incassare e prendere soldi è bello, sicuramente... ma non avere parola è grave! Oggi ne abbiamo 23 dicembre e da stamattina non rispondono al telefono (inviai anche un sms). L'acconto datogli è irrisorio, di euro 5,00, ma nessuno di loro avanzava questi 5 euro! Proposero in caso di fare un buono perché NON POSSO RESTITUIRE SOLDI. Ci potete scommettere che il buono lo farete, non vi terrete nulla per non avere fatto nulla, nemmeno degnarsi di avvisare, zero! Io ho fatto una pessima figura e sicuramente loro in presenza lo avranno detto anche da me. Sconsiglio vivamente questo luogo. Meno di zero stelle. Dimenticavo: BUON NATALE!
