Mai trovato un residence così bello e pulito e soprattutto gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di Loredana e Fabio ... purtroppo il prossimo anno ci dovete sopportare ancora. Grazie di tutto Loredana e fabio ... non mi dimenticherò pesto e olive della Liguria. A presto ciao I am 20 years that we go to Rimini ... we are a couple and Tiziana Lorenzo ... from the pictures we saw we loved but live a whole other thing. Never found a residence so nice and clean and above all, kindness and willingness on the part of Fabio and Loredana ... unfortunately next year you have to endure more. s	susanna franzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ciao. io ci sono stata una settimana a luglio. ho trovato una struttura gradevolissima e pulita, curata e originale, rispetto lo standard che si trova abitualmente nella zona. avevo uno degli appartamenti più grandi, con una magnifica terrazza (quella proprio sopra la reception); gli spazi sono generosi, con stanze ampie e bagni altrettanto grandi (la mia doccia era addirittura doppia), e con una bella cabina armadio. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e non dà la sensazione di provvisorio che si trova in tanti appartamenti. anche io segnalo la quasi mancanza di parcheggi, che viene però sopperita dal pass per un parcheggio vicino. E sarebbe utile un ombrellone o gazebo per poter utilizzare al meglio la bella terrazza. Voto totale 9/10 Hi. I was there for a week in July. I found a very pleasant and clean, well-kept and original structure, compared to the standard that is usually found in the area. I had one of the larger apartments, with a magnificent terrace (the one just above the reception); the spaces are generous, with large rooms and equally large bathrooms (my shower was even double), and with a nice walk-in closet. The environment is very welcoming and does not give the temporary feeling that is found in many apartments. I also point out the almost lack of parking, which is however compensated by the pass for a nearby parking lot. And an umbrella or gazebo would be useful to make the most of the beautiful terrace. Total rating 9/10

Situato in una via a senso unico tranquilla, La vicinanza al mare é impagabile. Davvero fantastico per le vacanze o soggiorni a medio/lungo termine. The structure is practically new and well cared for and well maintained. The staff is attentive, friendly and very helpful. Located in a quiet one-way street, the proximity to the sea is priceless. Really great for holidays or medium / long term stays.

Bagno spazioso con doccia comodissima. Cabina armadio che vorremmo avere tutti. WiFi. 200 metri dal mare quindi a 150 metri dal lungomare e dalla vita. La reception con due ragazzi cordiali é attiva con orari di ufficio ed é a piano terra (non devi andare in una agenzia x le chiavi o info). I difetti che segnaliamo per dovere di cronaca sono. Parcheggio privato ridotto a tre posti, quindi se non siete fortunati vi danno il pass x un parcheggio a 250 metri sempre gratis, chiuso ma non custodito. Dispensa cucina limitata, frigorifero davvero piccolo. Letto scomodissimo che cigola ad ogni respiro. Nel complesso davvero consigliato anche x rapporto qualità prezzo. recent apartments, well kept and particular as I rarely happened to see. We even had a very comfortable balcony. Spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower. Walk-in closet that we would all like to have. Wifi. 200 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the seafront and from life. The reception with two friendly guys is active with office hours and is on the ground floor (you don't have to go to an agency for keys or info). The defects that we point out for the record are. Private parking reduced to three places, so if you are not lucky they give you the pass x a parking lot at 250 meters always free, closed but not guarded. Limited kitchen pantry, really small refrigerator. Very uncomfortable bed that squeaks with every breath. Overall really recommended also x value for money.
m	marisa piccolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le foto di questo annuncio erano bellissime, pensavamo, possibile che sia un posto così bello, saranno bravi in fotografia... una volta che siamo entrati effettivamente ci siamo resi conto che era addirittura un appartamento migliore delle foto. A sorpresa l'appartamento era anche una bellissima zona, servizi vicini e una bella botta di vita. Non mi resta che ringraziare Loredana e Flavio per la bellissima vacanza, la migliore della Romagna fino adesso, arrivederci e grazie di tutto ;)! The pictures of this ad were beautiful, we thought, it might be such a beautiful place, be good at photography ... once we actually entered we realized that it was actually a better apartment photos. Surprisingly, the apartment was also a beautiful area, with nearby facilities and a nice stroke of life. I just have to thank Loredana and Flavio for the wonderful holiday, the best in Romagna so far, goodbye and thanks for everything;)!
J	Jafar Iqbal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato molto bene il monolocale era molto accogliente e pulito non mancava nulla a 2 passi dal mare e i gestori sono stati perfetti in tutto Loredana e Fabio molto gentili. I found myself very well the studio was very cozy and clean nothing was missing 2 steps from the sea and the managers were perfect in all Loredana and Fabio very kind.
