★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per le feste natalizie mi è stato regalato un panettone artigianale di questa pasticceria. Molto elegante e pratica la confezione in cartone dove al suo interno in un sacchetto di plastica è conservato il dolce. Aprendo il sacchetto si sono sentiti immediatamente i profumi degli ingredienti. Già dal taglio si percepiva la morbidezza e freschezza del prodotto. Al palato la leggerezza e il gusto di un panettone fatto alla perfezione. Semplicità degli ingredienti hanno dato valore aggiunto ad un impasto gustoso e soffice dove nasconde al suo interno uvetta e canditi. Solitamente non amo troppo i canditi ma questi sono teneri e non troppo dolci....buonissimi. In superficie ci sono delle mandorle intere. Ottimo prodotto assolutamente da provare.
Pasqua 2021 con colomba artigianale ottima. Soffice, gustosa con impasto gustoso non dolce che si sposa bene con la glassa e le mandorle. Molto bella anche la confezione per una idea regalo, sicuramente molto gradita.
For the Christmas holidays I was given an artisan panettone from this pastry shop. The cardboard packaging is very elegant and practical, where the cake is stored in a plastic bag. Opening the bag immediately smelled the scents of the ingredients. The softness and freshness of the product was already perceived from the cut. On the palate the lightness and taste of a perfectly made panettone. Simplicity of the ingredients have given added value to a tasty and soft dough where raisins and candied fruit are hidden inside. Usually I don't like candied fruit too much but these are tender and not too sweet .... very good. On the surface there are whole almonds. Great product to try.
Easter 2021 with excellent handmade dove. Soft, tasty with a tasty, not sweet dough that goes well with icing and almonds. The packaging is also very nice for a gift idea, certainly very welcome.

Refined pastry bar located in the center. It has a private sitting area. Good desserts. For the holidays I bought a really nice panettone produced by them.
