★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto alla ragazza magra con capelli scuri di rifarmi il decaffeinato perché la tazzina era rotta. Me lo riporta ma il caffè non era dec. Soffro di tachicardia e il caffè normale non lo prendo mai, riconosco molto bene il gusto. Mi sento presa in giro. In un posto dove quasi quotidianamente faccio colazione.
I asked the skinny girl with dark hair to make me again the decaf because the cup was broken. He brings it back to me but the coffee wasn't dec. I suffer from tachycardia and I never take regular coffee, I recognize the taste very well. I feel made fun of. In a place where I have breakfast almost daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria di alta qualità. Posso dire di essere fermamente convinto che per ora questa è la pasticceria più buona che ho avuto il piacere di provare in Torino. Altissima scelta di pasticcini molto elaborata e per tutti i gusti. Ottime anche le brioches e le torte. I prezzi rispecchiano perfettamente la qualità dei prodotti. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Mi sono fermato anche per un aperitivo ed avendo come loro punto forte la pasticceria devo dire che mi sono trovato bene anche sul salato e drink compreso. Pasticcerie che non si trovano facilmente in giro. Molto consigliato!!
High quality pastry. I can say that I firmly believe that for now this is the best pastry I have had the pleasure of trying in Turin. Very high choice of very elaborate pastries and for all tastes. Brioches and cakes are also excellent. The prices perfectly reflect the quality of the products. Very courteous and helpful staff. I also stopped for an aperitif and having pastry as their strong point, I must say that I also enjoyed the salty and drink included. Pastry shops that are not easily found around. Highly recommended!!

Io e la mia famiglia veniamo da oramai 5 anni buoni e inizialmente siamo sempre stati soddisfatti dei prodotti di pasticceria e anche del cappuccino e del caffè molto buono. Da sempre la nota negativa sono state le commesse, mai un sorriso, lunghe attese anche in momenti abbastanza tranquilli. Io amante delle pizzette, sempre amati i vostri salatini e pizzette, i croissant ottimi sempre. Anche gli aperitivi prima del covid davvero ottimi ero venuta con una mia amica ed ero rimasta soddisfatta.
Dopo le varie chiusure causa covid sono tornata e sono rimasta delusa, e lo dico con sincerità, perché le pizzette e i salatini non erano come quelli sempre mangiati. Sembravano di qualche giorno e il sugo era salatissimo sulle pizzette. Gli altri salatini sembravano un po’ tutti uguali, le commesse non salutano né quando si entra né quando si esce, certo, non voglio i petali di rosa ma davvero tutte le volte che mi è successo di passare ho notato sempre lo stesso comportamento. Spiace ma non penso di tornarci le commesse fanno sentire in difetto quasi come se fossi un peso, quando invece sono il cliente ?? e la qualità dei prodotti è calata.

My family and I have been coming for a good 5 years now and initially we were always satisfied with the pastry products and also with the cappuccino and very good coffee. The negative note has always been the orders, never a smile, long waits even in fairly quiet moments. I love pizzas, always loved your pretzels and pizzas, always excellent croissants. Even the really excellent aperitifs before the covid I had come with a friend of mine and I was satisfied.
After the various closures due to covid I came back and I was disappointed, and I say this with sincerity, because the pizzas and pretzels were not like those always eaten. They seemed to be a few days old and the sauce was very salty on the pizzas. The other pretzels all seemed a bit the same, the shop assistants don't say hello either when you enter or when you leave, of course, I don't want rose petals, but every time I happened to pass I always noticed the same behavior. Sorry but I don't think I'll go back because orders make you feel almost as if you were a burden, when instead I am the customer ?? and the quality of the products has dropped.
