Well organized gym in terms of management and hygiene and health. The spaces for the activities, certainly, could be better organized.

Raffaele è proprio speciale con le sue battute che rendono la fatica accettabile e leggera ... OTTIMO TUTTO Gli spogliatoi e la zona benessere sono il fiore all’occhiello .. cosa dire di più se non consigliere di visitarla ... The square gym is not only the most suitable place for physical activity but it is also an opportunity to socialize with really special people .. the reception is the visiting card of the gym .. as soon as you enter you are greeted by professional friendliness and kindness .. once inside the instructors make the difference for professionalism and dedication .. Raffaele is really special with his jokes that make the effort acceptable and light ... Non riuscivo neppure a toccarmi i piedi e la sola idea di fare 10 minuti di tapis roulant mi metteva l'ansia... oggi, soprattutto grazie ai trainer che mi hanno seguito come si farebbe con una figlia, consigliata e spronata ho il sixpack, dei bicipiti mai avuti ed un fisico mai sperato!! Obiettivi superati più che raggiunti. È dotata di attrezzature ottime, le sale sono sempre pulite, mai sentito cattivo odore in nessun ambiente è economica anche e...gli spogliatoi... vorrei dormire lì alle volte, magari nelle spaziosissime docce❣❣❣ ?? I signed up here recommended by my physiotherapist after a back surgery. I could not even touch my feet and the mere idea of doing 10 minutes of treadmill made me anxious ... today, especially thanks to the trainers who followed me as you would with a daughter, recommended and spurred I have the sixpack, biceps never had and a physique never hoped for !! Goals exceeded more than achieved. It is equipped with excellent equipment, the rooms are always clean, never smelled bad in any environment it is cheap too and ... the changing rooms ... I would like to sleep there at times, maybe in the very spacious showers❣❣❣ ❣❣❣

In atto alcuni miglioramenti generali. This is the second year of subscription. Clean and modernly equipped gym. Competent and friendly instructors. Excellent group cycling lessons. Some general improvements are in place.
