Fuori c'è un bellissimo giardino, ma la struttura è tutta davvero bella e curata Molto bella anche la piscina illuminata di notte (anche se la possono usare solo i clienti che pernottano). Ho mangiato con il catering della struttura e mi è piaciuto. Buono e abbondante l'antipasto a buffet è buono il primo servito. Andateci ne vale la pena solo per la bellezza del posto! Really beautiful place! I was there for a birthday and I was really excited about it! Outside there is a beautiful garden, but the structure is all really beautiful and cared for. Also very beautiful is the swimming pool which is lit up at night (even if only overnight guests can use it). I ate with the catering of the hotel and I loved it. Good and abundant, the buffet appetizer is good the first time served. Go there it's worth it just for the beauty of the place!

Il proprietario Fabio è una persona molto gentile e disponibile a dare indicazioni sui luoghi interessanti della zona. Piscina a disposizione. Camere pulite e confortevoli, cucina con angolo cottura con tutti i servizi necessari. A circa 10km dal mare. Pleasant experience in this very quiet accommodation nestled in the hills. The owner Fabio is a very kind person and available to give information on interesting places in the area. Swimming pool available. Clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen with kitchenette with all necessary services. About 10km from the sea.

Già di un inizio Fabio ci aveva detto che non potevamo mettere la musica fortissima come si eravamo in discoteca, ma si entro certi parametri. I giorni che abbiamo fatto le visite previe il titolare era disponibilissimo, ma tutto è cambiato quel giorno. Prima di tutto abbiamo avuto di lamentele già dall'inizio per il suono della musica, quando non era per niente alta. Ma ha superato il limite, quando è venuto a urlarmi (a me, la sposa!) dicendomi che già mi l'aveva detto 7 volte, e la verità che prima di tutto a me non mi lo aveva mai detto e secondo non si può alzare la voce così e meno a una sposa nel giorno del suo matrimonio. Dopo, ho dovuto sopportare vederlo seduto, con mala faccia, aspettando che andavamo via....fino a che abbiamo finito la festa. Veramente mi sono dopo resa conto, che vogliono fare consigliare La foresteria (il spazi che affittano per eventi) con l'Agriturismo (con le camere a 50 metri della zona di feste), e che non è possibile. Non puoi fare delle feste e dopo offrire un servizio di agriturismo tranquillo. Al di là che era sabato, e la festa è finita alle 12 di notte!!! We rented La Foresteria to have our intimate wedding. Already at the beginning Fabio had told us that we could not play the music as loud as we were in the disco, but within certain parameters. The days we made the previous visits the owner was very helpful, but everything changed that day. First of all we had complaints right from the start about the sound of the music, when it wasn't loud at all. But he exceeded the limit, when he came to yell at me (to me, the bride!) Telling me that he had already told me 7 times, and the truth that first of all he had never told me and second of all he could not raise your voice like this and less to a bride on her wedding day. Afterwards, I had to endure seeing him sitting, with a bad face, waiting for us to leave ... until we finished the party. I actually realized later that they want to recommend La guesthouse (the spaces they rent for events) with the Agriturismo (with the rooms at 50 meters from the party area), and that it is not possible. You can't have parties and then offer a quiet farmhouse service. Beyond that it was Saturday, and the party ended at 12 at night !!!

Mi ha detto il mio marito che il proprietario addirittura li aveva detto che avevamo fatto molto casino festeggiando, con urli e applausi. Voglio dire che sempre dentro dello normale e del rumore che possono fare 30 persone (che non è lo stesso che 100). Si vai a affittare il posto per un matrimonio, che si può aspettare? Applausi e discorsi come minimo. Riguardo all'orario, noi avevamo capito che la festa durava fino alle 24 (quindi da quel momento iniziare a portare via tutto, come abbiamo fatto), altrimenti si sapevamo che dovevamo iniziare a sistemare prima non avremmo affittato il posto. Ma l'informazione non è stata chiara, e non siamo noi in avere sbagliato già che non siamo noi che ci occupiamo a organizzare eventi. Sarebbe stato più corretto la firma di un contratto e delle cose chiare. Mi sono fidata di che il proprietario avrebbe l'esperienza per queste tipo di cose e per quello non ho chiesto niente. Totalmente delusa di questo posto e del comportamento del proprietario. E con questo chiudiamo perchè non vogliamo continuare una eterna lamentela semplicemente raccontare la nostra esperienza. In response to the owner: Disrespect is never allowed so it has no justification. My husband told me that the owner even told them that we had made a lot of noise celebrating, with shouts and cheers. I mean always inside of the normal and the noise that 30 people can make (which is not the same as 100). If you are going to rent the venue for a wedding, what can you expect? Applause and speeches at a minimum. Regarding the timetable, we understood that the party lasted until 24 (so from that moment start taking everything away, as we did), otherwise we knew we had to start arranging before we would not have rented the place. But the information was not clear, and it is not we who have been wrong since we are not the ones who organize events. The signing of a contract and clear things would have been more correct. I trusted that the owner would have the experience for these kinds of things and for that I didn't ask for anything. Totally disappointed with this place and the owner's behavior. And with this we close because we do not want to continue an eternal complaint simply to tell our experience.
R	Ricerca Culinaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto incantevole, si trova sulle colline di Pesaro con uno splendido giardin circondato da ulivi, campo da calcio per i più piccoli, piscina e zona relax. Sono stata ad una festa di compleanno coi fiocchi. I bambini hanno la loro saletta con buffet e gli adulti un'ampia sala con tavoli ben distanziati in modo da non creare assembramenti. Personale competente e molto attento al cliente. Dispone di animazione per bambini con giochi, balli e caccia al tesoro. Indimenticabile! Enchanting place, it is located on the hills of Pesaro with a splendid garden surrounded by olive trees, a football field for the little ones, a swimming pool and a relaxation area. I went to a birthday party with all the trimmings. Children have their own buffet room and adults have a large room with well-spaced tables so as not to create crowds. Competent and very customer-focused staff. It has entertainment for children with games, dances and treasure hunts. Unforgettable!

Il sito è accogliente e in posizione ottimale per visitare gran parte della regione. Il proprietario della struttura, Fabio, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo ha fatto si che il nostro soggiorno si svolgesse nel miglior modo possibile. Certamente terremo presente questa struttura in un prossimo viaggio. I was recently a guest of this structure with a group of Spanish friends. The site is welcoming and in an excellent position to visit much of the region. The owner of the structure, Fabio, always available and very kind, made sure that our stay ran in the best possible way. We will certainly keep this property in mind on a future trip.
