★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and bad quality. I had reserved months ago for an appointment for an important event and I had reconfirmed by phone on the same date and it went terribly. The salon took in clients without reservation and more than they could handle. Everything ended up being done in a rush between long waiting times (almost 2 hours for a blow dry and a sloppy makeup). I paid 165 euros for nothing.

Details:
- Perfect English, very diligent, very experienced with blond hair, good value, felt like a day at the spa, very impressed with the results. The pictures you can take after you're done are worth coming here. Absolutely memorable experience. Andrea is so professional and travels to London frequently for training purposes.
