★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una felpa per un regalo e la commessa non solo ha sbagliato la taglia nel fare il pacchetto ma mi ha detto che se non fosse andata bene avrei potuto cambiarla in qualsiasi store. Cosa non vera e molto poco professionale. Il negozio di Firenze mi ha risolto il problema con gentilezza e cortesia sebbene non fossero tenuti a farlo. Commessa 845061 del 18/9/21 ore 10,45 ti consiglio di cambiare professione perché non sei portata per stare al pubblico. E quando dici bugie ricordati che non ero sola e c’erano testimoni. Spero la direzione del negozio prenda provvedimenti per tutelare il nome del brand.
I bought a sweatshirt as a gift and the saleswoman not only got the wrong size when making the package but told me that if it didn't go well I could change it in any store. This is not true and very unprofessional. The shop in Florence solved the problem for me with kindness and courtesy although they were not required to do so. Order 845061 of 18/9/21 10.45 am I advise you to change profession because you are not inclined to be in the public. And when you lie, remember that I was not alone and there were witnesses. I hope the store management takes steps to protect the brand name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fantastico …personale molto cortese ,gentile e preparatissimo …hanno soddisfatto a pieno le mie richieste …..il ragazzo con i tatuaggi mi ha seguito impeccabilmente nei miei acquisti, come anche la ragazza …unica nota dolente ,altri clienti ,se così li si può definire,molto molto arroganti hanno scambiato le norme anticovid vigenti,fatte rispettare impeccabilmente dai due dipendenti, per maleducazione….complimenti per la pazienza mantenuta di fronte a clienti che davvero non riescono a capire lo sforzo che giornalmente si è tenuto ad affrontare…CONSGLIATISSIMO ….??????
Fantastic shop ... very courteous, kind and well-trained staff ... they fully satisfied my requests ... .. the guy with the tattoos followed me flawlessly in my purchases, as did the girl ... the only sore point, other customers, if so can define, very very arrogant they exchanged the anticovid rules in force, impeccably enforced by the two employees, for rudeness .... … .??????

La commessa dovrebbe provare a trovare un altro impiego.
Se proprio non potrò farne a meno non ci metterò più piede.
Rude employees, unwilling to make customers feel at ease, embarrassing moments to say the least.
The saleswoman should try to find another job.
If I really can't do without it, I won't set foot there again.

mi ha risposto malissimo.. e ha continuato a fare gesti e brontolare anche una volta che mi sono allontanata da lui. Penso il peggior negozio di Cortina in quanto a gestione!

Very nice orders, available but…. The manager or at least the tattooed guy really a VERY RUDE AND RUDE !!!!!
he replied very badly .. and continued to make gestures and grumble even once I walked away from him. I think the worst shop in Cortina in terms of management!
