Ho acquistato presso questo dettagliante, un berretto per €12,50 che, dopo qualche giorno, ho riportato al negozio per sostituirlo con uno di una taglia inferiore. Produco anche la ricevuta che ho avuto il buon senso di conservare, ma, con mia massima sorpresa, la commessa si dice impossibilitata ad effettuare l'operazione perché mancava l'etichetta col codice a barre che identifica il prodotto. Indispettito lascio sul bancone entrambe i berrettini e la ricevuta augurando, tra me e me, la prossima, meritata chiusura del negozio in concorrenza ad Amazon (che non richiede etichette di conferma in caso di sostituzione) a cui mi rivolgerò per l'acquisto del mio prossimo berrettino . Irrispettosi del diritto del consumatore di ottenere un cambio per merce difettosa. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare in questo negozio. Una giacca che si scuce prima che sia passata una settimana dall'acquisto è palesemente una giacca partita difettata. Rifiutarsi di sostituire subito il prodotto o di rimborsare il cliente entro la prima settimana dall'acquisto è in contrasto con quanto stabilito dal codice e va contro i diritti del consumatore. Entro 8 giorni dall'acquisto mi sono recata al negozio con lo scontrino e ho chiesto che il prodotto fosse cambiato, in quanto mio diritto (anche se non l'avessero venduta danneggiata è chiaro che una giacca che si scuce immediatamente presenta dei difetti di fabbricazione). Si sono rifiutati di accontentarmi proponendomi solo di ricorrere alla garanzia con sede in Olanda e tempi non ben definiti. Se si acquista dal sito uffiaciale The North Face un prodotto danneggiato, si può restituire entro 30 giorni dalla data di spedizione, quindi conviene assolutamente l'acquisto online. In questo negozio non vengono rispettati i diritti del cliente...meglio evitare di avere a che fare con questo franchising, perchè la politica aziendale mi sembra in contrasto con il codice civile.
