Pessima gente volevo una visura mi hanno chiesto 18 euro quando gli ho detto che sono venuto con mio amico una 10 giorni fa e la fatta a 10 € e andata a chiedere al suo responsabile addirittura gli detto che se come ero marocchino mi faceva 30 € siete schifosi You will never go there even for free! Meglio andare in settimana rispetto al sabato perché c'è parecchia gente. Tornerò di sicuro di nuovo. Consigliato. Very efficient and professional agency. In tempi di covid viene prestata attenzione alle misure di contenimento del virus con misurazione della temperatura e molti dispenser di gel di soluzione alcolica. In primis chiamo la sede di Mogliano e mi si dice che "esiste uno sconto di 50€ sul passaggio di proprietà e questo costa 450€ se la prov. di nuova iscrizione fosse mai TV, la più cara d'Italia" (cit). Per esigenze di spostamento raggiungiamo la sede di TV e la ragazza ci dice come lo sconto non sia di 50€, ma 30€ e che i colleghi di Mogliano si sono sbagliati ed ancora che il costo è di 450€ quindi come se tutto fosse rapportato a TV aldilà della prov di nuova iscrizione. Mi si chiedono altri 10€ di raccomandata che non mi vengono nemmeno restituiti dopo aver comunicato che non andata più fatta dato il ritiro brevi mano del nuovo libretto "in quanto già inserita"... davvero pessima esperienza, si parla di sconti su tasse governative ed ancora si applicano tariffari del tutto insensati. In tutto ciò ho rifatto lo stesso passaggio per la stessa auto dopo 3 settimane a TO ed è costanto 350€ sebbene il nuovo proprietario fosse nuovamente di TV. PROFESSIONALITA' DISCUTIBILE, PREZZI ALTI, DISCUTIBILE MORALITA' BAD EXPERIENCE AND I SINCERELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE AGENCY. JAN 2022. Change of ownership of Renault ZoE.
