Un modo magico ed intimo, di vivere la meravigliosa ed unica Venezia.

The location is strategic one minute from Rialto, the exceptional practicality is everything including the dishwasher, the care is seen everywhere from a very pleasant furniture to 5-star hotel mattresses. Congratulations and see you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo appartamento, completamente nuovo perché ristrutturato di recente con cura ed eleganza, un vero gioiello nel cuore di Venezia a breve distanza da Rialto. Comodo da raggiungere, a pochi passi dalla fermata del vaporetto, confortevole, luminoso e silenzioso. Letti ampi e comodi, bagno perfetto, soggiorno delizioso. Pulizia impeccabile. E' un piacere rientrare a riposare in un posto così. Cortesia nell'accoglienza, proprietaria attenta e gradevole. Consigliatissimo.
Beautiful apartment, completely new because recently renovated with care and elegance, a real jewel in the heart of Venice a short distance from Rialto. Convenient to reach, a few steps from the vaporetto stop, comfortable, bright and quiet. Large comfortable beds, perfect bathroom, delightful living room. Impeccable cleanliness. It is a pleasure to come back to rest in such a place. Courtesy in the welcome, attentive and pleasant owner. Highly recommended.

We have just spent a week in this superb apartment, very tastefully renovated, very clean, and very well equipped. The location is ideal near the Rialto Bridge. The reception was perfect. We highly recommend. Thank you for a great week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartement von Sara ist wirklich sehr luxuriös und liegt nur ein paar Minuten von der Rialto Brücke entfernt. Das Haus ist top renoviert und das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen und haben die Stadt und die Atmosphäre dort sehr genossen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
Sara's apartment is really very luxurious and is located just a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The house has been renovated and the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We could reach everything on foot and really enjoyed the city and the atmosphere there. We will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and cozy Apartment (two beds Apartment Veronica) in the middle of the old town of Venice just a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge (Vaporetto Stop "Rialto" or "Rialto Mercato". We felt very comfortable. The apartment is completely new and very nicely renovated: large beds, comfortable mattresses, a beautiful and well-lit bathroom, new kitchen, new windows, quiet ... Everything was just perfect! Sara is a very, very nice and helpful host! We highly recommend this Apartment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the Casanova apartment for several nights, had an amazing experience. Lovely apartment, brand new, super well decorated, beautiful details and great amenities. The location is perfect, 100 steps from the Rialto on a cute little square with a view of the church of Sant'Aponal. I had a fantastic stay, this is an incredible value rental in the centre of Venice, highly recommend it!
