★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetene e maleducato. Ho prenotato, al telefono, una risonanza magnetica urgente per un ginocchio gonfio e dolorante. Mi hanno dato appuntamento alle 14 del giorno successivo.
Alle 13 e 30 mi reco all'accettazione e scopro che l'appuntamento me lo avevano fissato per le 8 e 30 dello stesso giorno. Con un arroganza assurda mi hanno urlato contro sostenendo che avessi capito male. Non ci tornerò per nessun motivo al mondo.
Incompetene and rude staff. I booked an urgent MRI on the phone for a swollen and sore knee. They gave me an appointment at 2 pm the next day.
At 1.30 pm I went to the reception and found that the appointment had been fixed for me at 8.30 on the same day. With absurd arrogance they shouted at me claiming that I had misunderstood. I will not go back for any reason in the world.
