Ordino su just eat (nel pomeriggio)spuntando come orario 19:45 consapevole che di sabato per quell'orario non sarebbe arrivato sperando comunque per le 20:00/20:10. Si fanno le 20:10, chiamo e chi lavora lì mi dice che sono in preparazione e che fra non molto sarebbero arrivate. Attendo fino alle 20:30 e richiamo. Il tale mi risponde questa volta che hanno avuto ritardi e che devo aspettare 10 minuti. Decido di riattendere. Si fanno le 20:45 (un'ora di ritardo) e decido di annullare l'ordine poiché hanno davvero messo a dura prova la mia pazienza. Il tizio mi risponde con la solita solfa che il sabato è così ovunque e che non dipende da loro. Cercando di dargli un'altra possibilità complice anche la mia fame, chiedo nuovamente quanto c'è da aspettare e il tale mi risponde di nuovo con i famigerati 10-15 minuti. Io gli chiedo se questa volta i 10-15 fossero davvero reali e mi risponde di sì, anche se comunque il forno è sempre uno. Da lì decido di annullare l'ordine su just eat. Mi dispiace, ma non si fa così. Capisco che è sabato, capisco la confusione, ma è queste lunghe attese sono inconcepibili. I wouldn't even put a star! Abbiamo ricevuto la pizza alle 21 e 45 e ci hanno fatto anche pagare 2 EURO in più. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, ma nulla. Abbiamo provato questa pizzeria diverse volte, ma penso che siamo giusti al limite. Order made at 7.30pm, promising that the order would arrive at 8.30pm. Moral? We received the pizza at 9:45 pm and they also charged us 2 EURO more. We asked for explanations, but nothing. We have tried this pizzeria several times but I think we are right on the edge.
L	LazyGoat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place sucks, there is no way in contacting them. We've ordered trough Just Eat, and after 4+ hours we still have not received the full order. Leaving us with cold and inedible food that we are unable to eat because of vegetarian diet. (Received box full of meat products, instead of sweet pastries). We have not received a refund either.
