Una cortese signora mi conferma l'apertura alle 14, comoda per me che esco dall'ufficio, ed io puntualmente e senza pranzo sono lì. Non si presenta nessuno fino a che vedo un cartello mezzo nascosto che ad agosto si apre alle 15. Io credo che soci e dipendenti di una società debbano dare informazioni corrette al telefono e non far perdere tempo ai clienti che, in ferie, non possono andarci.

A courteous lady confirms the opening at 2 pm, convenient for me as I leave the office, and I am there on time and without lunch. No one shows up until I see a half-hidden sign that opens at 3 pm in August.
