Dopo 1 ora di viaggio per arrivare al centro ci hanno accolto dicendo che all'una in punto chiudevano e che quindi avremmo usufruito di poco meno di un'ora di spa ma pagando a prezzo pieno. Il problema è che tutto questo a telefono non c'era stato detto. Siamo scappati subito. Scorretti!!! Bad reception. After 1 hour of travel to get to the center they welcomed us saying that at one o'clock they closed and therefore we would have enjoyed a little less than an hour of spa but paying full price. The problem is that all this had not been said over the phone. We ran away immediately. Incorrect !!!

Per quanto riguarda i massaggi da dimenticare, sul sito stava scritto 2ore di spa + 30 min di massaggio, a finale il massaggio rientrava nelle 2 ore di spa generale e non è durato per niente 30 min di esagerando 15/20 min, oltretutto massaggio niente di che molto leggero, poco soddisfacente. The structure is very nice and well equipped, especially the tubs. Very nice and helpful staff. As for the massages to forget, on the website it was written 2 hours of spa + 30 min of massage, at the end the massage was part of the 2 hours of general spa and did not last at all 30 min of exaggerating 15/20 min, plus massage nothing of which very light, not very satisfying.

Sarebbe più completo se mettessero a disposizione qualcosa di caldo da bere o perlomeno l'acqua. ? Livello di igiene abbastanza soddisfacente. Not bad spa path. Not the best I've tried. Structure a little dated but all in all you can relax. It would be more complete if they provided something hot to drink or at least water. ? Fairly satisfactory level of hygiene.

Un posto x rilassarsi e godersi le principali attrazioni. Confermo che ci torneremo al più presto. We stayed in this structure for me and my girlfriend to relax, I can say and verify that it is a perfect place both in terms of management and of the environment, very nice clean and beautiful, the staff always attentive to everything, kind both those who work there and a lot kind owner. A place to relax and enjoy the main attractions. I confirm that we will be back soon.

Per contro manca la rete internet, non c'era il sapone nella doccia e la temperatura della stanza era troppo bassa per persone che sono appena uscite dalla spa e quindi accaldate. The Spa is nice, a little small but relaxing but above all it is cleaned continuously. The staff is nice and the room cozy. On the other hand, there is no internet network, there was no soap in the shower and the room temperature was too low for people who have just left the spa and are therefore hot.

Peccato che quando abbiamo prenotato ci avevano detto che oltre a noi c'erano altre due coppie...per un totale di 6persone... Quando siamo entrati nella spa abbiamo avuto la sorpresa...ad un certo punto ci siamo ritrovati in un caos generale di gente...e ci siamo sentiti pure dire dal personale di non sostare in piscina perché dovevano entrare altre persone... Non abbiamo risposto per educazione...ma potevamo tranquillamente rifiutare di uscire da lì! Se c'erano troppe persone non era un problema nostro...ma vostro che avete preso piu di 15 persone! Ho approfittato dell'offerta con percorso Spa e stanza day use per fare un regalo alla mia ragazza, siamo rimasti molto contenti dell'esperienza. L'unica accortezza per cui manca la quinta stella: sia shampoo che bagnoschiuma nella doccia della camera erano già aperti, non suggerivano completa pulizia. The place is very nice despite being a little out of the way, the staff is polite and attentive to pandemic provisions, the rooms are clean and well managed. I took advantage of the offer with Spa path and day use room to give my girlfriend a gift, we were very happy with the experience. The only precaution for which the fifth star is missing: both shampoo and shower gel in the shower of the room were already open, they did not suggest complete cleaning.

Camera pulita , piccolina , bella con un super bagno ! Piscine come da foto , belle ( magari togliere qualche capello , visto che le cuffie non sono obbligatorie.) . Il massaggio : non avrei mai voluto che finisse !!! Musica rilassante , olio tiepido, le mani coi guanti mi hanno regalato ottime sensazioni ( i guanti hanno dato una sensazione in più bellissima! Non lo avrei mai creduto ! Provare per credere. ) .Ci ritornerò. Booked a package including massages, pools, room. Staff very kind, helpful, prepared, affable, present. Clean, small, beautiful room with a super bathroom! Swimming pools as shown in the photos, beautiful (maybe remove some hair, since headphones are not mandatory.). The massage: I never wanted it to end !!! Relaxing music, warm oil, gloved hands gave me excellent sensations (the gloves gave me an extra beautiful feeling! I would never have believed it! Seeing is believing.).
