Serietà??? I ordered twice this month and all 2 times they accepted my pre-order and then canceled it half an hour before arrival without giving any explanation! Seriousness???

Sapendo cucinare anche cibi italiani, sono riusciti a dare il giusto mix di spezie, senza eccedere, rendendo i piatti eccellenti anche x gli italiani. Ragazzi simpatici e gentilissimi. Bravi! Delicious Indian food, like home cooked. Knowing how to cook Italian foods too, they managed to give the right mix of spices, without exceeding, making the dishes excellent even for Italians. L'ordine era in consegna a ben 45 minuti e ciò nonostante è stato consegnato oltre 70 minuti dopo e ben in ritardo anche rispetto a quanto hanno assicurato all'operatore del call center. La cosa peggiore è che ci è stato recapitato un cartone della pizza buttato sul pavimento dell'ascensore, con sopra delle posate in plastica sfuse e sopra le confezioni di riso e melanzane tendopoli. Praticamente niente igieniche ed è finito tutto via nei rifiuti poiché stiamo traslocando e ci mancano le posate ed abbiamo schifo a mangiare roba buttata così a terra. Spero che l'ASL gli faccia una bella visita e che Justeat e gli altri delivery services li rigetti. Questa attività è primitiva, incapace e sporca. I ordered through Justeat. The order was delivered within 45 minutes and nevertheless it was delivered more than 70 minutes later and well delayed even compared to what they assured the call center operator. The worst thing is that we were delivered a pizza box thrown on the floor of the elevator, with loose plastic cutlery on top and boxes of rice and eggplant tent camps on top. Virtually no sanitation and it all ended up in the waste because we are moving and we lack cutlery and we suck at eating stuff thrown on the ground. I hope that the ASL pays them a nice visit and that Justeat and the other delivery services reject them. This activity is primitive, incompetent and dirty.
