p	pamela musuraca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è preparato, ma ci sono pochi operatori, che si adoperano cmq al meglio, rispetto all'elevato numero di utenze. La struttura un pò fatiscente necessiterebbe di una bella ristrutturazione, anche se il riparto che ho visitato, almeno, è tenuto molto pulito. Nonostante i fondi destinati siano vergognosi, tanto da non esserci carta igienica e sapone nei bagni, ci sono professionisti che cercano di portare avanti la struttura nel migliore dei modi. Un elogio quindi va esclusivamente a loro. The staff is trained, but there are few operators, who work best at cmq, compared to the high number of users. The somewhat dilapidated structure would need a nice renovation, even if the allotment that I visited, at least, is kept very clean. Although the funds intended are shameful, so much so that there is no toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms, there are professionals who try to carry out the structure in the best way. A praise therefore goes exclusively to them.

Ma loro si scocciano a prestarti le dovute attenzioni, troppo impegnati con i loro caffè e chiacchiericci vari. E pensare che mettiamo la nostra salute in mano a questi incompetenti e sfaticati. In caso di bisogno (speriamo mai) sicuro non andrò in quel circo. Gouge. Go to the hospital because you are sick not to waste time ... at least I think so. Non si tratta ne di soldi ne di poco personale, ma semplicemente dalla incompetenza e dal menefreghismo generale. Se vi sentite male fatevi qualche ora di auto e scappate da questo luogo. It is not about money or little personal, but simply from incompetence and general indifference. If you feel bad, take a few hours by car and escape from this place.

La lista delle cose che vorrei aggiungere sono tante ma meglio che non elenco altro sennò finirei di scrivere il mese prossimo. Gli ascensori non funzionano sempre. Parcheggio e eliporto sono migliorati. Lo smaltimento rifiuti è lasciato al degrado. Ingressi vie di fuga e indicazioni tra i reparti sono da ripensare completamente. La struttura è datata, potrebbe essere migliorata. Discreto il bar. Abbastanza buono il servizio prenotazioni e ticket. Negativa, e molto, la gestione dei protocolli Covid e la gestione delle file, anche al Pronto Soccorso. È buffo pensare che quando si parla di sanità al sud è sempre per criticare, e mai per elogiare. Io oggi voglio elogiare il reparto di ortopedia dell’ospedale di polistena, voglio elogiare tutto il personale che ci lavora quotidianamente dagli OSS, agli infermieri, ai medici fini ad arrivare al primario, personale disponibile sempre vicino alle esigenze del paziente giorno e notte con dedizione professionalità e pazienza, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Grazie di tutto siete un fulgido esempio di dedizione al lavoro. I was admitted to the orthopedic ward for multiple displaced fractures on my left wrist, I underwent an operation that went great. Today I want to praise the orthopedics department of the polistena hospital, I want to praise all the staff who work there daily from the OSS, to the nurses, to the doctors in order to get to the primary, staff always available close to the needs of the patient day and night with dedication professionalism and patience, always with a smile on his face.
