★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place, delicious gelato with a lot of flavors! Pretty cheap in comparison to other places too. Accept credit cards. Beware, cannolis are stuffed with gelato, not tradition traditional ricotta based cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their gelatos are sooooo good! But my favorite were their fresh fruit juices and they will make them as requested. Friendly staff and we tried gelatos at this restaurant at different times of day. They will not sweeten your juices unless you tell them to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ words cannot describe how much I love this place. visit it most frequent and enjoy all the beautiful flavors. they also have froyo for those feeling something different. the crew is always awesome and the place is clean and easily accessible. parking might be an issue on this area but you can get here by metro. added bonus: they are open late for that late night fix

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never really bothered with ice cream until I came here last year. I'm now converted, but ice cream will never be the same as nothing matches the quality of the gelato from The Gelatist. The staff were always very friendly and patient, (it's hard to decide on a flavour, there are so many) and the place is spotlessly clean. As well as gelato you can also buy fresh fruit and juices. I would book another holiday to Rome just to visit this place. Well worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to 2 different locations in Rome and they both lived up to the hype! The selection is incredible. I'm not a big fan of chocolate and even less of a fan of dark chocolate, yet here I can indulge in their dark chocolate gelato with all the other chocolate enthusiasts. Every flavor I have had so far makes your taste buds burst with delight. Try it you wont regret it!
