★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Proprietario scorbutico e maleducato. Ho comprato questa sigaretta da loro e l’ho portata ad aggiustare li perché mi si era rotto il vetrino. Il proprietario, non riuscendo ad aprirlo con le mani, ha utilizzato delle pinze che mi hanno rovinato il dispositivo da poco acquistato. Me ne sono accorta appena uscita dal negozio, sono ritornata facendo presente che mi aveva danneggiato non di poco la sigaretta e lui mi ha risposto che non poteva farci niente, gli ho chiesto anche se c’era la possibilità di sostituire anche quel pezzo, ma mi ha liquidato con fare scortese quasi come cacciandomi dal negozio.
Do una stella perché di meno Google non mi permette.
SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
Bad experience. Owner grumpy and rude. I bought this cigarette from them and I took her to fix them because I had broken the slide. The owner, unable to open it with his hands, he used pliers which have ruined my newly purchased device. I noticed just out of the store, came back stating that I had damaged not just the cigarette and he told me he could not help it, I also asked him if there was the possibility to replace that piece, but he dismissed me with making rude almost like cacciandomi from the store.
Do one star less because Google does not allow me.
